The website is not complex, we have incorporated several INDEX pages that display with URL links for you to open. The "main menu" is based upon the TOP BANNER as shown above and displayed in a FRAMES format. The Banner as above, is static content with a Java Menu located below the BANNER
   To begin...click on any one of our menu bars. These Links start your adventure through the website. The menus are active until you click again to DROP the menu down.
   In the HELP EXAMPLE above, the menu is not active, but the menu bar selections are, so choose one and we will display that full page in a NEW WINDOW, NO MENU view so you can navigate to that page, save in your favorites and use the the page "close" button. This feature allows you to move through our site and "book mark" those pages you find useful everyday.
