I require the email address of a person that could set up a system for me. All I want is 24 hour QRZ video. I am only CW and my friends all over the world 10,000 of them would like to see me live while on CW. I am on over 8 hours a day and don't want to tie up bandwidth on your server. I will give you access to qrz and a server for this purpose. I will install the software for my local video per your instructions. Please give me a price for the work. 73 de marten ve2wu

There is an addition to all forme now. You will be required to enter a SUBMIT NUMBER that is generated as a PAGE HIT number. Each form will have a different number and if that number does not match, the form will not be submitted. This will eliminate all SCAM messages that are generated by Cookie Monsters.

Hello Members: I have changed the groups back to 3770 and 3820 now that they are coordinated into segments that are consistent with FCC allocations. Those members who are not capable of 75 Meters, or have other interests are now posted in the "Private" Group. Please see rules regarding PRIVATE GROUPS.

Hi fellow Streamers! A guest at my shack recently asked how I got a desktop Vista Gadget in Windows Vista to display my video stream. If you are also interested, here are the directions...Open up and run your Windows Vista Sidebar. Move your curser to over the "+" sign in the buble found in the upper portion of your sidebar, Double right click the "+" and a window called "Gadget Gallery" will open. In the lower right hand corner, it says, "Get More Gadgets Online." Double right click. Your explorer will open up to a Windows page for getting more side bar gadgets: http://vista.gallery.microsoft.com/vista/SideBar.aspx?mkt=en-us Type in "Lorex" where is says, "Find more gadgets." The following page will appear in your explorer: http://gallery.live.com/results.aspx?pl=1&bt=1&q=lorex Double right vlick on the download for the Lorex WebCam Gadget and install it. Make sure your WebCam 7 is broadcasting. Next, in your explorer type in your address where your WebCam display is, including your port....Mine looks something like this: http://www.w3dcb.net:3030/ Your live WebCam image should appear. If you are not using a program like NoIP, your WebCam address will look something like this: http://71.206.31.104:8080 Next, on you WebCam image (the image itself...the actual picture) left single click and a large rectangular bubble or window will appear. The last item on the bottom is "Properties." Right click once on "Properties" and another bouble labled "Properties" with a tab named "General" will appear. Copy (for pasting) the adddress which looks something like this: http://www.w3dcb.net:3030/cam_1.jpg However, you can leave off the http:// and just copy this portion: www.w3dcb.net:3030/cam_1.jpg? Next, close your explorer and everything else and place your cursor over the right upper aspect of the Lorex Gadget which you just installed and single right click the wrench tool...Then paste in your address whch you just copied into the address box. The "http://" portion is already there. If you accidentally copied and pasted that portion as well, just delete those characters and just copy: 71.206.31.104:8080/ or www.w3dcb.net:3030/ Click OK to close. You should not need to choose any particular brand of WebCam from the list, but I clicked "Lorex." Now you will have a gadget which displays your video stream Hope this helps... Daniel Baral w3dcb

I have rarely met a group of people who are more helpful or friendly than the crew on 3820.

Welcome: This is an experiment. That is, I will see just what fish we catch. Will this become a MESSAGE BOARD or just another web-page that brings out the WORST, not the BEST in our members and visitors. Will the regulars who join in with us on 3820 KHz be rewarded with a MESSAGE BOARD of their own or will this experiment be laid to rest before maturity. Webmaster
